TRANSCRIPTS
Students may request a Transcript which will go to the college/university where they have been accepted and have decided to attend. This is NOT to be used during the college application process.
The application process has changed. Use the updated link that is included here. Proceed directly to the link at the bottom
Students can now send a request to Cambridge (on their own) and they will send multiple schools the scores, if requested.
They can fill out the request now and Cambridge will forward any passing scores to the schools they've indicated. If they graduate, they send updated scores the following August.
This means that Cambridge will initially send out a transcript with your exam results from all exam sessions, except the June 2022 exam session. Then in August, when the June 2022 exam session results are available, they will send ANOTHER transcript to the SAME SCHOOL with everything! Students need to know their candidate number, and follow the instructions on the form. There is no charge for the transcript, and the transcript will only include exams that you PASSED.
Be careful with tuition IF you plan on attending summer term at the university. You will not yet know if you have earned the Bright Futures Scholarship, so summer tuition will not yet be paid. In August, once scores are released, you may be reimbursed for summer term tuition, depending on the situation and the college or university.
If students are reliant on the AICE Diploma for Bright Futures, it will not show up until the August of your first college year, even if you received the ADIP in 11th grade. The list of qualifying students goes to Cambridge, and Bright Futures will confirm them for all graduated seniors in August when the June 2022 scores release. At that time, the status should change from Ineligible to Eligible or from FMS (75%) to full FAS (100%). It may take until the end of August to post properly.
If you are worried about it covering summer classes, talk to the registrar’s office and explain the situation to them. They will either differ payment, have you pay and reimburse you, or hold your check. Each school has a different plan for dealing with it and each one changes annually.
All students who have taken any Cambridge Courses need to fill out the information on the Cambridge Transcript Request website; Ms. Jones cannot do this for you. You need to send them a copy of your Identification as well. Follow the directions on the website below or use the button at the bottom of the page..

In order to fill out the transcipt request form, you will need our center number (US634), your candidate number and the Exam Series' dates.
What are the Series dates?
Series are the dates of the testing sessions.
It is either June or November and the year, so June 2019, June 2020, June 2021, June 2022, etc.
When students go to their orientation appointments – please make sure that you do NOT schedule any classes for which you may earn credit-by-exam in the June 2022 exam session. You’ll be registering for second semester courses around the beginning of November, so by then the school will have your exam results from the June 2022 exam session and you can register for whatever you need.

YOUR AICE DIPLOMA
The AICE Diploma Award information will also come out in August 2022 with the exam results. So, if you find out that you earned the AICE Diploma Award, and that gives you more money towards your tuition, you will need to go to your Financial Aid office at the college and ask them to access the Bright Futures Update in August after scores are released. EVEN IF YOU KNOW YOU’VE ALREADY PASSED ENOUGH EXAMS TO EARN THE AICE DIPLOMA, AND THEREFORE, THE TOP LEVEL OF BRIGHT FUTURES –CAMBRIDGE STILL HAS TO INFORM BRIGHT FUTURES BEFORE YOU GET THE MONEY!!!
Students will need to ask the financial aid office at the college to “defer payment” if there is a payment amount on your account that would be reduced AFTER the AICE Diploma Award info. comes out. Then when the AICE Diploma info. is available, and you go ask the Financial Aid office to access the Bright Futures Update – they’ll see that you earned the AICE Diploma Award and will apply the additional Bright Futures money to your account before calculating any remaining balance.
